We accompany, promote and support people within small housing groups and always focus on the individual needs, their goals and wishes.

For our location in Berlin-Spandau (from 2026 Neuendorfer Hof inBerlin-Spandau) we are looking for you as

Senior Caregiver | Senior Caregiver (m|w|d)

in full time (38,5 hours/week) or in parttime.

• Individual assistance and daily care of people in the group
• Plan, implement and evaluate the participation plans according to the legal and company-related quality requirements
• Cooperation with members, legal advisers and doctors, therapists and other service providers
