Do you not only want to manage systems, but actively shape the future of a complete IT landscape? As a (senior) IT system administrator Windows Server & Microsoft 365 (m/w/d), you'll be able to bring our Windows and Microsoft infrastructure to the latest technology – and to introduce your own ideas. Your tasks:

You administrate our Windows server infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment and VDI environment (currently still terminal server) and make sure we remain up-to-date technically You constantly develop the area entrusted to you and make sure we are always up to date You can handle the deployment of software and operating systems as well as update and patch management You manage our devices via Intune and Endpoint Manager You follow the goal to reduce manual effort to a minimum by automation You stand by your IT colleagues with your extensive experience and expertise with advice and action You participate in training & certifications (e.g. MS or Security certificates) and introduce new findings in the team Team-wide tasks:

IT Security, backups, network topics and general IT topics

You have successfully completed your studies or vocational training in IT Your at least 10 years of professional experience includes comparable positions in a company with > 200 Windows end devices You bring a broad experience with Microsoft operating systems and server applications, especially with Microsoft Exchange on-prem and Exchange online/MS365, OS and Software Deployment via Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager You have very good network skills and know yourself in the areas of backup and IT security You like to work in the team, are flexible and have a clear look at priorities and superordinate topics You have knowledge of German and good English skills You have a class B driving licence to be mobile between the locations in Karlsruhe
