You ensure the smooth running of production orders and actively promote their continuous improvement. In doing so, you take responsibility for the work planning as well as the maintenance of piece lists and production data. In close coordination with production planning, production, logistics and quality, you ensure a stable and timely order processing. You determine and maintain production and setup times as well as capacities using REFA and MTM methods. Engage in production analyse yourself and guide measures to reduce throughput time and increase efficiency. In addition, you support the introduction and further development of key figures systems as well as the optimization of processes in the Lean environment.
You have a completed technical training as well as a further training to the technician or master. Multiannual professional experience in the field of work preparation or industrial engineering will bring you with you. You have well-founded knowledge in lean management, process optimization and process management.
