For the Strategic Provider Management segment, we are looking for the next possible appointment for the Münster, Hanover or Frankfurt am Main site Senior Consultant (m/w/d).

The “Strategic Provider Management” area is located in the Second Line of Defense and forms an interface to relevant specialist areas and cross-sectional functions to ensure the continuous compliance of the processes, procedures and systems with the respective statutory, contractual and internal regulations.

In your function as - staff Strategic provider management - you take over a wide range of tasks with high personal and professional development potential. Implementation and development of the strategic provider management methodology as well as the related applications, systems, reporting standards and escalation processes. Implementation of team-internal measures and line tasks as well as regular review and adaptation of the processes and documentation of the Strategic Provider Management. Identify and implement relevant and new regulatory requirements. Support of the relevant contact persons within the team to accompany annual audits by associations (e.g. IDW PS 951 exam), customers, supervisory authorities and internal audits. Assessment and evaluation of compliance with service provider control standards, including the implementation of relevant checks and samples. Support in the organisational tasks of the leadership and experts in the team.

Training as a specialist, businessman or comparable studies as well as 2-3 years of professional experience. Knowledge of the relevant legal and supervisory requirements of the banking environment, in particular §§ 25a, b KWG, MaRisk, DORA and EBA/ESMA specifications. Ability and motivation to integrate regulatory requirements into operational processes.
