We are looking for a speaker Personnel (m/w/d) in parttime (approximately 24 hours a week) for our headquarters in Stuttgart.

You're working on basic human resources issues, including jumper pools and other topics. You develop our concept as a contact person for the topic of addiction prevention, develop information and advise executives as well as trustees in our facilities. You advise our institutions on other labour and collective bargaining issues.

completed economic or social studies or a comparable qualification well-founded professional experience in human resources and knowledge of the relevant legal bases Knowledge and ideal training in addiction prevention and addiction assistance Ability to capture and process complex relationships strong sense of responsibility independent and structured operation Communication strength and team spirit

Special payment: In November and June you will receive an extra payment. This depends on the economic result of the previous year.
