You design, create and control target group-oriented content and communication formats for internal and external stakeholders and communication channels (website, intranet, social media) and ensure their consistent implementation You coordinate and monitor communication projects, campaigns and cross-departmental communication formats from conception to implementation You develop communication concepts, core messages and communication measures on corporate, change and management topics as well as products and applications You advise managers, project managers and departments on communication-relevant issues and accompany corporate initiatives communicatively You analyse communication needs, stakeholder requirements and opportunities and risks and derive effective communication measures You ensure compliance with corporate identity, corporate language and communication standards and continuously develop communication processes, formats and quality standards

Complete studies in the field of communication, journalism, public relations, technical editorial staff or a similar subject or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in corporate communication at international level Technology affinity, ideally experience in mechanical engineering Experience in the use of digital communication and collaboration tools as well as modern communication channels Safe handling of AI-based applications to support content creation, research, analysis and creative processes taking into account corporate policies and quality standards Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and very good English skills
