You create analyses (e.g. performance evaluations) and support performance monitoring as well as preparation of the documentation for the Investment Committe Meetings. You take over the settlement of payment transactions and the accounting preparation. You support the execution of fund drawings/recovery and securities orders. You process compliance (KYC) requests. You are contact persons for tax advisors and auditors as well as interface to banks and fund administrators. You are interested in AI tools and are involved in the further development of our reporting tools and the digitization of the area.
You have completed your studies, ideally in the field of business / economics, or bring a comparable qualification. You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally for an audit or tax consultancy company or the like. Experience in asset management is of advantage. You work safely with the common MS Office applications, especially Excel. Experiences with portfolio reporting systems (such as QPLIX, iComps, PSplus) are a plus.
