Your duties

Control and coordination of housing projects incl. Industrial units Own-responsible representation of contractors, specialist planners, authorities and other project participants Ensuring appointment, cost and quality objectives Participation in Budget Planning & Budget Control Monitoring and control of services of external planning and project partners according to HOAI organisation and monitoring of acceptances and handovers to buyers or Operators Contract and Contract Management (Claim Management), including examination, assessment and enforcement of claims Coordination and control of both general contractors and individual assignments, including interface management

Complete studies in architecture, civil engineering or comparable technical or commercial training At least 10 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in housing construction Knowledge of HOAI Detectional experience in dealing with general companies and individual assignments Safe handling of follow-up and claim management processes Driving licence class 3 or B mandatory Entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of responsibility Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and pronounced organisational capacity Communication strength, negotiation skills and safe occurrence readiness to occasionally travel within the region Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
