Recruiter (m/w/d) Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role you take on a key role and contribute directly to the growth and success of our company.

You take full responsibility for the recruitment process of numerous positions within the EMEA region In close cooperation with the global HR teams, you will ensure the smooth coordination and implementation of international recruiting processes Together with the executives and HR Business partners, you analyse the personnel needs and develop tailor-made recruitment strategies based on them. Your tasks include screening and selection of applications as well as leading initial interviews and applicant management Ensuring a positive candidate experience across the entire application process is your responsibility They build an international talent network and maintain it to be well positioned for future requirements In addition, take care of administrative tasks such as creating job alerts, maintaining applicant data and reporting relevant recruitment codes

A successfully completed bachelor's degree, preferably in the fields of human resources management, economic psychology, economics or a related subject, forms the basis of your qualifications You have already gained profound professional experience in international recruiting, ideally in a globally active company Dealing with social media, especially LinkedIn, as well as other relevant channels, is one of your repertoire As an organizational designer you are characterized by a high self-motivation and convince by your pronounced communication strength Negotiating English (min. C1) are of course for you; additional language skills represent a further plus for you
