This is your new job: Friendly reception and care of guests throughout the stay Check-in and check-out including billing Advice of guests on leisure activities, excursions and services at the resort Coordination with other departments (housekeeping, gastronomy, technology) Processing of guest wishes, complaints and individual concerns Management of room occupancy and care of guest data in the system Cash management and daily bills Ensuring a smooth run at reception Compliance with quality and service standards

You are friendly and open-minded and have good ways to handle. You don't mind working on the weekend. Ideally, you have completed a training in the hotel or hospitality industry or have already gained experience in the reception area. Applicants must be in possession of a valid work permit for Germany or a corresponding visa.
