You develop our HR Service Enablement strategy, implement it successfully and launch a multi-year HR Service Roadmap You control internal communication for new HR services, build our HR Knowledge Base and continuously develop it You introduce modern self services as well as digital service offerings and identify potentials for the use of AI and automation that you are targeting You are analysing service metrics, deriving sustainable improvement measures and continuously optimizing our HR services You work closely with Payroll, HR Operations, Oracle HCM, IT as well as our HR Business partners to ensure smooth cross-sector cooperation You conduct cross-departmental projects to improve the employee experience and actively promote the continuous development of our HR service landscape
You have several years of experience in HR Shared Service, HR Operations or HR Transformation and ideally bring experience in communication, change or enablement You are passionate about digitalization and AI and you can see potential for the further development of modern HR services You convince with pronounced project management and moderation competencies and direct projects to success You think analytic, work structured and draw your attention through a high service orientation You communicate with different stakeholders and create acceptance for changes You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
