Ensuring a professional risk, limit and governance framework that allows quick, controlled and outcome-oriented action.

Multiannual professional experience in portfolio management, energy trading, asset optimization, origination or a comparable commercial energy function. Multiannual leadership or strong technical management experience in portfolio management, energy trading or a comparable market driven and commercial energy function. experience in managing or controlling a commercial, production or flexibility portfolio with its own P&L or Result responsibility. Embossed analytical and strategic skills, experience in the development and implementation of trade, optimization and hedging strategies, as well as a high economic understanding and entrepreneurial thinking with clear result orientation. Knowledge of the German and European electricity markets – in particular deadline, spot, intraday, regular energy and flexibility markets. Experience in the marketing and optimization of renewable and flexible systems, ideally wind, PV, biogas, KWK, battery storage or hybrid or co-location systems. Strong commercial judgment and a secure sense of margin potentials, risks, options and attractive deal structures. Experience in structuring and awarding energy contracts and products, such as PPAs, direct marketing or flexibility models. Secure knowledge of German and English.
