Project developer Wind (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the development of wind energy projects up to the construction and financing maturity and take on the technical responsibility for land conservation, construction planning and parking layout You agree with owners, municipalities, municipalities and other project partners and coordinate the departments involved You plan and control the individual phases of the project and start or submit status reports, schedules and decision templates Active risk and progress monitoring as well as documentation, reporting and preparation of meetings are also included in your task area.

You have a successfully completed study of spatial planning, geography, renewable energies or comparable You have already gained professional experience in the project business, ideally in the planning and development of wind projects Your strengths lie in your strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills as well as in collaboration with different interfaces You could gain first knowledge in planning law, environmental law or spatial planning as well as in property law and construction planning You work independently and structured and have a quick understanding You are owned by a valid passenger car license and ready to travel within the scope of the project activities
