Compliance & ESG Manager (m/f/d)

You support the expansion of our Compliance Management System (CMS) within the flaschenpost Group and support its implementation in new companies You are involved in the processing of information on possible compliance violations as well as human rights and environmental risks, including the clarification of suspected cases You shape training, internal communication formats, guidelines and processes around sustainability and compliance, and will help you further develop them. You develop processes for sustainability reporting and work closely with relevant specialist areas such as purchasing, logistics, HR and controlling You advise specialist departments on compliance issues and report directly to the Head of Compliance and the Human Rights Officer of the Flaschenpost Group

You have a completed degree, e.g. in economic law, BWL or a comparable area You bring first professional experience (1-4 years) in the field of compliance, or corporate governance You are interested in regulatory developments (e.g. CSRD, LkSG, EU-Taxonomy) and have a good understanding of business processes You work structured, independent and with a high degree of integrity and discretion You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally have experience with IT-supported compliance tools You communicate safely in German and English, both oral and written
