Team Leader Automation (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in the field of automation / OT Responsibility for planning, controlling and successful implementation of automation projects End-to-End – including budget, resource and schedule responsibility Further development and implementation of the global OT strategies in the factory and active co-design of the automation roadmap Ensuring maintenance, availability and further development of local MES systems Responsibility for OT-Cybersecurity in the plant as well as first contact person in OT security incidents Control and review of project planning, programming and optimization in S5, S7, PCS 7 and TIA portal (hands-on cooperation depending on the project situation) Technical and organisational management of manufacturing and commissioning processes in cooperation with service providers and suppliers Identification, evaluation and implementation of digital solutions and technologies in international processes to increase efficiency, connectivity and automation Close cooperation with production, maintenance, IT and global OT teams to standardize and harmonise solutions Occasionary participation in emergency responses as part of team responsibility

Complete studies or comparable further training in electrical engineering, automation technology, information technology or a similar technical field Multiannual professional experience in automation projects (SPS, MES, visualization), ideally in the process or food industry First leadership experience (e.g. as (partial) project manager, team management or senior expert with control responsibility) or clear willingness to take responsibility for a team Understanding cybersecurity and OT networks Good knowledge of Profibus, Profinet, ASi bus and/or IO link Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed communication and guidance strength, paired with hands-on mentality You like to work at the headquarters without regular service trips and appreciate the close cooperation with your team on site
