The City of Freiburg is looking for you as a school and education office Supervisor*in for the Richard-Mittermaier School The Richard-Mittermaier-Schule is a special educational and consulting centre (SBBZ) with a special focus on “Geistige Entwicklung” in the Wiehre in Freiburg.

You accompany children's groups in the learning and leisure area. The care of children with multiple disabilities and the organisation of care measures is one of your tasks. You also take care of individual students as required. You produce individual teaching tools, act as a teaching assistant and manage the care products and medicines.

You have a completed education with a state-of-the-art recognition as a nurse, nurse or educator*in over one of the following qualifications, a completed training as a nurse; or as an alternative a completed training or a completed study and experience with children's groups or Children through their learning and working behaviour.

You can at best draw on experiences with children's groups or with children who are entitled to special educational opportunities through their learning and working behaviour. You have knowledge of pedagogical principles of care for mentally impaired children and knowledge of hygiene, care and first aid. You are communicative, you like to work in the team and empathy as well as motivation are among your strengths.

A fixed-term employment relationship with 58.90% by 20.03.2027, depending on the existence of the personal conditions, with a payment up to the payment group S4 TVöD. The effective weekly working time is about 27 hours due to the holiday compensation at 58.90% working time. In agreement, flexible working time models are possible.
