New buildings are planned and built. In the field of Haustechnik, all tasks relating to the construction, operation and maintenance of technical installations on and in buildings are carried out.

Their tasks essentially concern urban buildings such as schools, kindergartens, halls as well as bathrooms and administrative buildings. You are responsible for: Installation and repair of technical installations of buildings Conception, planning, tendering and implementation of repair measures at the plants Short-term troubleshooting of the systems Complete maintenance contracts We reserve the right to adapt the area of responsibility.

A completed training as a technician in the field of technical building equipment heating ventilation plumbing A relevant professional experience is advantageous Knowledge and experience in the VOB are desirable Ready-to-use and sense of responsibility as well as team skills Ownership of a valid class B driving licence
