• In your new role you are responsible for the production of prototypes, replacement ropes, complex small series, injection moulds and devices. • Together with the relevant team coach, you will ensure an economic, quality and timely execution of your tasks. • High-precision parts with accuracy of 0.005 mm and highest surface finishes are manufactured using CAD/CAM software. • Self-control ensures quality assurance and create corresponding measurement protocols. • Design and assemble injection moulding tools and their new production thanks to your expertise. • With the help of a CAD software you develop models of individual components or assemblies.
• Complete vocational training as an industrial mechanicin machine and precision engineering or toolmakerin • Multiannual professional experience in the field • Very good knowledge of tool construction in handling macro- and micro-injection tools; safe handling in tool and mold construction • Experience with multiple measuring devices, as an example for programming 3D measuring systems, transmitted light projectors • Very good knowledge of the CAD & CAM programs Solid-Works & Solid-CAM as well as advanced basic knowledge in the machining areas of turning, milling & grinding
