Graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labour Law, Psychology, Social Sciences or Comparative Degree Proven professional experience in HR Proven experience in cooperation with the works council Enforcement combined with a high level of conflict resolution competence Excellent communication skills with the right degree of diplomacy Knowledge of German labour law Ability to analyse personal characteristics and derive appropriate measures from them Very good user knowledge in MS Office programs and other relevant IT systems Very good knowledge of German and English
