Projektmanager (m/w/d)

You actively develop the product management of the accident department by conducting market and competition analyses and connecting them to the strategic orientation of the department. On this basis, you conduct specific recommendations for action. In the design and development of new products as well as product adaptations, you will play a key role. You will see the entire value chain of accident insurance – including potential new business areas. You actively accompany the business field strategy of the department of accident in close cooperation with the department and department management. You work in cross-departmental, strategically relevant projects and also take responsibility in the project management perspective. Concepts, decision templates and target group-oriented presentations for workshops and exchange formats are set up independently and address-oriented both for the accident department and for the field service. A close and trusting cooperation with employees, executives of the accident department and relevant interfaces is your daily work.

You have a degree in economics or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have a training as a merchant for insurance and finance or a comparable training with corresponding training, for example in product management or in a similar activity. Experiences in project management as well as in the creation of presentations and decision-making templates. Self-employed work, self-initiative and a high design will characterize you. Thanks to your strong communication and decision-making capability, you work with the field service, colleagues and other stakeholders. A solution-oriented way of thinking, flexibility and commitment help you overcome challenges safely. The willingness to occasionally nationwide service trips as well as to participate in external service events complete your profile.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.
