Shift Supervisor Production / Day Shift Supervisor / Production Foreman Disposal & Recycling (m/f/d)

Coordination and ensuring ongoing production in coordination with the production manager Analyzing process and plant disorders, identifying causes and preparing evaluations in the revision of documents (procedures, operating instructions, plans) Coordination and preparation of the work permit procedure, including coordination with maintenance and shift management with regard to seizure (Red Tag System) Support for project tasks and data collection from the process control system Continuous optimization of processes in the area of responsibility Control and trigger orders in SAP if required Participation and acceptance of responsibility in the field of occupational safety Participation in the planning and implementation of maintenance, repair and revision work Determination of training needs, preparation of training plans and coordination of employee qualifications Ensuring regular testing and functionality of personal protective equipment (PSA) Support for shift and holiday planning in coordination with production management

Three-year completed technical training in a relevant field with further training to master or technician or Completed relevant studies (e.g. process engineering, chemical engineering) Multiannual experience in the chemical industry Process engineering knowledge, ideally understanding of combustion plants, tanks and wastewater treatment plants
