You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the technical team Technical Publications Missile & Equipments. For this purpose, you can independently control personnel and resource planning – including service providers – in view of the descriptive technical documentation as well as the spare parts catalog creation (external as internal). With a high self-initiative, you participate in the further development of the methodological skills to expand the system house competence and develop and evaluate innovative solutions. Its field of expertise supports the optimization of technical documentation and actively contributes to technological development and experience gained from use. To ensure compliance with quality, cost and performance requirements, you are responsible for your specialist team.

A completed technical study, preferably with emphasis on technical documentation, forms the optimal prerequisite for this position. You have been able to gain well-founded experience in the descriptive technical documentation as well as the creation of spare parts catalogues using the relevant standards (e.g. ASD S1000D, ASD S2000M or ATA SPEC), legislation and guidelines on product liability (e.g. machine directive). In the role of leadership, you are the role model for your employees, stay authentic team players (m/w/d), look for solutions and work motivating; your employees are particularly concerned with the further development of your employees.
