Head of Department (f|m|d) IT Infrastructure

Technical, disciplinary and organizational management of the IT infrastructure department Leadership and further development of a team of around eight employees and external partners (administrators, IT support and external service providers) Ensuring stable, secure and economical IT operation Strategic development of IT infrastructure including cloud, network, server and workplace solutions Planning and control of infrastructure projects and budget responsibility Responsibility for operation and continuous improvement of IT services Close cooperation with the department management and the departments of digitalisation and projects Control and coordination of external service providers and partners

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in IT infrastructure Experience in managing employees and/or demanding projects Knowledge of modern IT infrastructures, networks, Microsoft 365 environments, cloud services and IT security Embossed team skills and communication strength High service and customer orientation Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation proven ability to make decisions and take responsibility even in challenging situations Organisational skills and a good understanding of processes and relationships Safe occurrence as well as the ability to understand technical facts Joy in promoting employees, shaping changes and achieving success together
