As a tax specialist HR, you are part of the Payroll and Tax Team and an important interface in the company. In doing so, you are available as a contact person for all pay tax issues, especially around § 37b EStG in the Group. You are therefore close to colleagues from a variety of areas and get exciting business models and creative ideas. You will be an internal specialist, team player and ''moneymaker''. In this role you live our hybrid model ''Flexibel'''. You will work one or two fixed or flexible days on site, and on the other days you can work remotely. This is what awaits you You act as a contact person for HR, Taxes, Accounting and the Business for tax and accounting issues You are responsible for the ongoing consultation of our Group companies on all issues relating to events, property allowances, monetary benefits and the flat-rate tax according to § 37b EStG and § 40 para. 2 EStG You are responsible for the accounting assessment and approval of pay tax issues in Citax (our tool for collecting pay tax related transactions with connection to SAP) You are secondary to the creation of guidelines, as well as work instructions and implementation of pay tax outside examinations You support the Controlling and Accounting departments in the creation of personnel provisions and other financial statements You recover and book the monthly booking documents and monitor the payment runs.

You have successfully completed a training as a tax specialist You bring well-founded professional experience in a tax consulting company, tax law firm or an international group Experience in using Citax in conjunction with SAP or another §37b tool is desirable Communication strength, analytical thinking, team skills and a structured way of working characterize you Finded knowledge in MS Office such as Outlook, Excel and Word as well as very good German knowledge in Word and Writing complete your profile
