These tasks await you: Depending on your experience, you take over the technical leadership of complex transformation projects with top companies in the banking, insurance and asset management industry You are responsible for the Solution Design, Architecture Decisions and Technical Roadmaps in the ServiceNow ecosystem You develop strategy-oriented platform and integration concepts (such as ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, Customer Service Management, ESC, HRSD) You work closely with relevant stakeholders and international project partners to define digital target images and governance models and implement global rollouts in complex multi-platform landscapes You shape best practices, standards and reusable assets for our ServiceNow Practices

You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, economics, mathematics, physics or a comparable subject You bring first to several years of experience in the ServiceNow environment as well as in the Requirement Engineering, in the Project Management or Enterprise Architecture with You have knowledge and ideally project experience in Banking & Insurance (e.g. IT processes, risk/compliance, ITIL, regulatory requirements) You have technical deepening in one or more areas such as ServiceNow-Design & ‐Implementation, Integrations (REST, Event-Driven, Workflow-Orchestrierung), Custom App Development, Multi-Scope Apps, CMDB modelling and process automation To optimally advise our customers on site, you are ready to travel nationally and internationally Very good German and English language skills complete your profile
