Our real estate management department is responsible for the professional and market-oriented economic operation as well as the need-oriented further development of the LW real estate portfolio. In addition to securing current and future economic viability, we develop real estate in long-term value-stable aspects. This is entirely within the meaning of users, core business and property owners. We work in market-compliant structures with forward-looking infrastructure.

Your duties

• They are responsible for the industrial plants with the focus on electrical engineering and building control technology
• Through your expertise and expertise in building and energy technology, you support our object team in the control and processing of technical maintenance at the saddle village site
• They eliminate electrical, heating, sanitary and air conditioning and access control systems
• You carry out installations, repairs and repairs
• You are a contact person (m/w/d) for tenants and your colleagues in the property
• You document your activities by filling out digital operational, maintenance and inspection protocols
• They support the object and energy team in forward-looking projects, such as e-mobility, PV systems, location-related energy concepts, HLSKE projects, load management and the introduction and implementation of EMS
• They support the object team as part of the energy audits according to DIN ISO 50001

Your profile

• Completed training as an electronic (m/w/d) for energy and building technology
• Experience in the field of electrical engineering or sanitary, heating and air conditioning is advantageous
• Embossed service and service orientation
• Joy in contact with people
• Flexibility for occasional standby and emergency services and Class B licence
• Experience in handling building control technology as well as MSR and access control systems
