Team Leader Planning/Construction – Complex Infrastructure Projects (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of highly complex construction and infrastructure projects of the network Leipzig. You conduct projects over all phases of the HOAI and coordinate internal and external participants. You implement strategic requirements of the principle planning operationally and successfully tax different interests. You opt for processes and interfaces to continuously improve efficiency and quality in your team. You monitor investment and maintenance operations within the framework of the project controlling and ensure compliance with economic planning. You select contractual partners, evaluate their services and ensure compliance with legal and contractual frameworks. You are driving forward the use of modern technologies and processes, always focusing on efficiency and sustainability. You negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, such as the City of Leipzig, and represent projects in complex negotiations.

You have a completed university or university education (Master or Dipl.-Ing.) in electrical engineering, energy engineering, civil engineering or a comparable field of expertise. You have several years of professional experience in the planning, project planning or construction monitoring of energy networks and systems, ideally across the media. You are familiar with building, contract, energy and administrative law as well as the HOAI and you are sure to apply this knowledge. You have multi-year leadership experience and bring a high motivation as well as affinity to the employee leadership. You think strategic, trade solution-oriented and have strong conceptual skills. You negotiate sovereignly and have experience in managing complex negotiations with internal and external partners. You will bring innovation, very good project management skills and a structured working style.
