You are responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of construction measures, installation projects and relocations You take over the technical support, monitoring and acceptance of complex new and new buildings You are responsible for the maintenance of the real estate stock of the Frankfurt Volksbank and its subsidiaries You are responsible for the negotiation, purchase and procurement of construction and maintenance services, e.g. maintenance contracts for industrial plants You act as contact persons for specialist departments and external service providers

Completed technical or commercial training Technical affinity Experience in the technical building management or in the handling of construction sites Interest in construction and Crafts and technical expertise Very good communication skills, high reliability and enforcement capability Structured, independent working and pleasure in team work Good knowledge of MS-Office Flexibility and mobility (class B guide)
