Team Manager (m/w/d) – Building Cleaning

Your tasks

Personal and operational planning: They coordinate the staff in the framework of service and operational planning and ensure efficient and demand-oriented staff allocation. In the case of personal bottlenecks, you are operatively supported in the cleaning of the building and thereby ensure a smooth running of the orders.

Quality management & customer support: They carry out regular quality controls directly with the customer on site and ensure compliance with our performance standards. In addition, you actively support existing customers, maintain sustainable customer relationships and contribute to new orders through targeted acquisitions.

Material management & order coordination: They are responsible for the procurement of required materials and provide economic and timely provision. In addition, you take over the structured assignment of the materials to the respective customer objects and thus ensure an efficient use of resources.

Qualification: They have well-founded expertise in building cleaning and use them safely and in practice to ensure efficient processes and high quality.

Required: You are owned by a class B licence.
