Technical and personal requirements

• completed study of medical education, technical college or

Higher education with state Recognition, completion as a state-recognized educator*in with HPZQ or state-recognized

• experience in work with integration children and in the field of

Daycare facilities

• View for the needs of integration children

• Willingness to work according to open concept in the areas of crib, kindergarten

and Hort

• high level of empathy, empathy and high social competence

• Knowledge of content: Saxon education plan, Saxon kita and

Integration Regulation, SGB IX, SächsKitaG

• Completion of ICF-CY or qualification readiness

• targeted and committed participation in the creation and implementation of assistance and overall plans

• Sensitivity in dealing with children and parents

• independent working in the group

• Willingness to continue and further education

• mental and physical stress

• Detection of immune status according to the Masernschutzgesetz

• extended management certificate without registration
