Our client is an established real estate company based in the central Ruhr region and subsidiary of one of the most important foundations in Germany. The company manages a real estate stock of around 2,000 residential and commercial units in several federal states and combines long-term stock management with a consistent modernization and digitization strategy. The focus is on the sustainable development of the real estate portfolio, targeted investments in the stock and the continuous optimization of internal processes.

In this position, you take responsibility for the commercial property management of a nationwide real estate stock and run a team of about 10 employees. In addition to the operational control, you actively shape the strategic development of the area. A special focus is on the digitization of processes, the further development of the system landscape used and the continuous optimization of reporting and data structures.

Professional and disciplinary guidance of object management Responsibility for commercial management of the real estate stock Participation in the development and implementation of portfolio management strategies Control and quality assurance of external service providers and modernisation measures Further development of data management, reporting and key figures systems Optimization and digitization of existing processes and IT applications Further development of the used real estate software landscape

Complete study of the real estate industry or a comparable real estate economic qualification Multiannual professional experience in commercial real estate management as well as first or multi-year leadership experience Knowledge of inventory management and property management High IT affinity as well as experience in handling real estate software and digital processes Analytical, structured manner and pronounced communication strength Joy in actively shaping changes and taking responsibility
