We are looking for an experienced team leader (m/w/d) to strengthen our land transport at the next possible time, which combines technical excellence in the disposition with a strong leadership competence. In this key position, you take responsibility for a team of eight employees and, together with your team, ensure efficient, timely and high-quality transport processing.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a rural transport team with eight employees Control and prioritization of daily price enquiries and support of the team in complex MRP decisions Independent planning and continuous optimization of our (night) line traffic as well as the charter activities in the partial and complete cargo segment within Germany Ensuring scheduled, economical and high-quality transport processing Central contact person for customers, carriers and internal interfaces Monitoring compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and quality standards Introduction, further development and motivation of team members Analysis and optimization of processes and participation in the continuous development of the agricultural sector

Praktikant (m/w/d) im Projektmanagement Multiannual professional experience in the disposition of land transport, ideally with first leadership experience Embossed leadership and communication strength as well as a sovereign occurrence Safe handling of current MS Office applications Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage Organisational strength, decision-making and a structured, solution-oriented approach
