Team assistant with focus on accounting (m/w/d)

Numbers in the handle, office in view – welcome to the team! For our customers from the food industry, based in Bielefeld, we are looking for a direct staff exchange Team Assistant (m/w/d). It is sought from 20 to 30 hours per week. You like to jonggl with numbers, but do you have the same pleasure in organizing processes and having everything under control in the office? You wish you a job that offers variety and where you are required both commercial and organizational? Then we'll get you!

You take care of the coordination of accounting and work closely with the tax office

You keep all financial processes running: from wage bills, transfers to the processing of input and output bills

For a smooth everyday office, from scheduling to document storage

You accompany the entire path of customer orders: from acquisition to processing to final processing

You're puggling the ERP system and making sure that data on stocks, delivery notes and invoices are always up to date

A completed commercial training is your basis

You bring professional experience in a similar function with

Accounting, wage billing, customer and supplier bills are familiar topics for you

You are safe in MS Office and have experience with ERP and accounting programs

With English you can easily cope with word and writing
