M365 Copilot Adoption Specialist AI Enablement & Change (m/f/d)

In this exciting and creative role, you have the opportunity to actively shape the enablement of new productive AI methods and thus ensure the promotion of the company-wide, secure and efficient use of Microsoft 365 Copilot. Design and sustainable creation of copilot in everyday working life in cooperation with key users and near IT areas (Digital Workplace, Compliance and Security) Organisation and execution of workshops and hands‐on sessions on copilot in relevant business tools (e.g. Outlook, teams, MS Office, etc.) Process mapping, building a user-enablement structure (e.g. Weeklies, speaking hours, learning paths) for programming AI agencies in different business areas Definition of Copilot Use Cases, Care and Catalogization of Copilot Agents Development of copilot agents in Copilot Studio (Low Code) incl. Integration of external systems (ERP abas as well as AddOns, Celonis, Sharepoint) Control of feedback loops, success measurement, KPI tracking and usage analysis Assessment and advice on known risk factors of AI such as hallucinations, data access, prompt quality and transparency Regular coordination with C‐level executives to ensure business value Ensuring data protection compliant use according to GDPR taking into account regulatory requirements of medical technology (MDR, ISO)

Completed technical education in areas such as computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning / deep learning or comparable disciplines Expert knowledge of MS Copilot, experience with Low-Code/No-Code Tools (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, etc.) Experience in the planning and implementation of training and workshops for the successive development of AI competence and understanding of methods Understanding Copilot Control System (CCS), Enterprise Data Protection and related security mechanisms Confidence with Prompt Engineering, first contact with data and information security High service orientation, awareness of the handling of different user groups Very good communication and moderation capabilities, fun in continuous knowledge transfer Structured operation, pronounced problem-solving competence Ideally first touches in MedTech or other regulated industries Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
