The Department of Building Management is looking for:

A Springerkraft für Hausmeistergeschäft (m/d)

near the town of Wedel.

Your tasks are essentially

• independent implementation of smaller repairs or Repair work
• Control and monitoring of all objects including Closing services
• Monitoring of building equipment
• Transport of inventory and equipment
• Botswanas
• Monitoring and control of building cleaning
• Cleaning and maintenance of outdoor facilities/sport facilities
• Winter service (removal of snow and smoothness)

We expect

• a successfully completed three-year training in craftsmen range (preferably from electrics, tableware and plumbing) or
• a successfully completed three-year training and at least 5 Years of professional experience in this or a comparable area
• a high technical understanding and craftsmanship
• a careful and independent operation
• Reliability, teamability and responsibility
• Elasticity as it is about physically demanding activities connected with carrying of partly heavy loads
• Communication skills and good understanding
• openness to other people, as a rejoicing with different groups of persons required
• a license class B

Professional experience in one of the areas of electrical engineering, carpentry or plumbing is advantageous.

We want a fundamental readiness to the interchangeable layer and occasional weekend service at events or elections.
