Together we stand for empowerment and inclusion of people with disabilities in Hamburg. Due to the diversity of our educational, nursing and commercial skills, we offer around 1,300 people outpatient assistance and special living forms – personalized and socially adapted to the needs of our clients. From the first intensive individual assistance to the offer of housing and assistance in connection with a socially oriented community established in the quarters, we create a new food point for our clients with challenges to assistance in a new environment. From the current hospitable housing opportunity we have the chance to create a housing and assistance offer in our own apartment with a living neighborhood and adjacent expert team.

You carry out assistance planning and build on it, you develop staff-centric, social-spatial assistance services in the team and implement them. You provide assistance in internal and external activities, e.g. structuring of everyday life and in the household as well as in leisure activities You support basic nursing activities and develop assistance services You enable meaningful activities and support emotional indispositions You are engaged in the construction of the new offer, build up the offer in the team and introduce yourself professionally and creatively You document professional and targeted

You have a completed training as a healer in, educator in, Ergotherapeut *in or have a comparable educational qualification with professional experience in integration aid (SGB IX) Clear positioning towards empowerment and inclusion of people with challenging behavior Assessment and sensitivity for client needs Understanding challenging behavior as an expression of past biographical events/ current circumstances of life at the client Open and clear communication Structured, independent and self-reflected working methods High motivation for teamwork, creativity and spontaneity in everyday design Interest in continuous, professional training and further development Willingness to work in the Schichdienst The mission of our foundation reflects our Christian self-image and forms the basis of your action.
