Your tasks:

• Operating, setting and correcting modern CNC gear cutting machines Klingelnberg C60U and KNC40
• Construction of clamping means and tools according to work plan and adjustment sheet
• Edit according to drawing or according to specifications
• Selection and preparation of tools according to specifications or independent to the soft and hard toothing
• Continuous optimization of production processes
• Testing of the gears using gear measuring machine P65
• Support image testing with support image tester and documentation
• Worker self-control and responsibility for the quality of the parts produced with documentation
• Gearing tools grind on corresponding machines
• forehead and head edge break if required
• Pressing work for further processing of components

Your profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a machining mechanic / industrial mechanic or with a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in CNC cutting
• Self-employed and conscientious work
• Responsibility and team skills
• Joy in handling modern technology
• High level of learning and skills
• Embossed technical understanding
• layer readiness (3-layer)
