You support our product management team to communicate complex content around our software products in a simple, comprehensible and targeted manner You work with the development and implementation of a cross-channel content concept and promote an understandable and user-centric information architecture You create clear and understandable user information in different formats (e.g. help texts, videos) You help to analyze, maintain and optimize existing content: from in-app help to support documentation to video tutorials
You are an immatricated student (m/w/d) in the field of media sciences, communications sciences, digital media, media informatics, technical editorial staff or comparable courses You have very good German skills in word and writing You are IT-affin and are interested in UX & User Guidance First experiences in content analysis, content strategies or information architectures are desirable Ideally, you already have knowledge of content management tools or authoring software (e.g. Confluence, MadCap Flare)
