The team The team Business Development & Partner Management is also responsible for the strategic development of our organization. We identify new business opportunities, build strong partnerships and support them in the long term. Our goal is to create real added value for our group through sustainable cooperation. Every day we work closely with our sales department, our departments and existing and potential partners.

These are your tasks You actively shape our partner portfolio by identifying, winning and developing new partnerships

You evaluate cooperation requests from our network and accompany them from potential analysis, business case to go level

Together with partners, you actively develop our solutions

You conduct contract negotiations, develop viable agreements and agree closely with legal, compliance and product management.

You’re planning and developing existing partnerships operationally and strategically (regulatory dates, joint initiatives, clarification of critical issues).

You establish processes for onboarding, control, clearing and partner performance management.

That makes you You bring an economics studies and multi-year relevant professional experience in strategic partner management.

You have many years of experience with IT projects (e.g. API/interface projects or digital platform integrations) and a high affinity for digital business models

You have experience in managing complex partnerships and are safe in negotiation and contract design.

You work structured, targeted and think entrepreneurial. KPIs, business cases and go-to-market plans aren't foreign words for you.

You communicate with decision-makers, have a good feeling for people and convince by negotiation skills, empathy and enforcement.
