You will get an insight into the general processes of our recycling company and get to know the different departments with interesting tasks You will be active in the field of human resources and get a comprehensive insight into the administrative processes of our HR department You will learn general processes in the field of human resources management, such as wage and salary accounting and the time economy You support the team in the care and review of personnel master files (from entry to exit) and gain insight into the most important administrative tasks related to personnel management In addition to practical training in the company, you will learn the theoretical foundations in the vocational school

You have your school degree of general university maturity (Abitur) or the specialist university maturity (Fachabitur) in your pocket You are interested in commercial processes, especially in the field of personnel and business relationships, and have very good German and good English skills A safe handling of MS Office applications is no problem for you You convince with your independent, structured and discrete way of working You score through your friendly nature and team skills as well as your good expressiveness in word and writing Experiences through first internships or side jobs are welcome, but no need
