As (Senior) Manager Technology Assurance – Financial Services (m/w/d), you are part of our team as a Trusted Advisor for Regulatory Information Security and supports customers – from strategy design and process to implementation, rollout and solutions. Project diversity: You work in an international team that you may also lead to projects for leading banks, insurance companies, asset managers as well as other financial sector companies and accompany them from the strategy definition to the design and implementation of AI Security, IAM/PAM, Cloud Security, SIEM/SOC and network security. Regulatorics in focus: Together with the team, you analyze regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, EU AI Act, Cyber Resilience Act) as well as internal customer requirements and develop future-oriented and technically feasible solutions. Apply expertise: The focus is on your experience as Lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the architecture and tool-based integration of information security strategies for the aforementioned topics in existing IT infrastructures – on site or in the cloud. Promoting innovation: You are introducing yourself into current IT security topics and working closely with leading global technology providers. Designing the future: You are immersed in disruptive challenges such as post-quantum cryptography or digital currencies and stay as close to the latest developments in information security.

Experience in the design and technological implementation of business processes as well as the enthusiasm, business, IT and regulatory requirements Proven understanding and passion for IT topics, ideally for cyber security (e.g. Sailpoint Identity Security Expert, CyberArk Defender, ISO42001 or SOC/SIEM), IT Frameworks and IT Regulatorik Structured thinking and a quick understanding to understand complex facts Convincing appearance and pronounced communication and presentation skills to convince existing and future customers of our performance portfolio Graduate in a degree in information security, economic/informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification readiness to travel and German and English very well in word and writing
