In your new role as a machine operator (m/w/d), also known as a plant manager or production employee, you will become part of a dynamic team that jointly produces high-quality products. Whether by adjusting, monitoring or waiting for production facilities – your work contributes directly to the success of the company. Your ability to run processes smoothly and respond quickly to possible challenges makes you an indispensable part of the production process.

• Operation and monitoring of modern production machines in shift operation
• Conducting quality controls and ensuring product standards
• Maintenance and maintenance of production facilities to ensure their optimal performance
• Documentation of relevant production processes
• Active participation in continuous improvement of workflows

• First professional experience ideally in the field of machine operation
