Office organization with overview: You ensure the smooth running of the back office, from the incoming mail, orders to the telephone center as well as space and appointment coordination. Travel Management: You plan and coordinate business trips, take bookings and manage the travel portal reliably. Support for billing: You support in preparing our performance billing at the financial accounting interface. CRM- & sales coordination: You will start supply and contract documents, provide sales opportunities and projects in the CRM and provide a clean documentation. Communication as an interface: You take over telephony and internal coordination and are the central point of contact for internal teams and external contacts.

A completed commercial training or comparable qualification Valid driving licence class B (car) Safe handling of MS Office as well as a pronounced written expressiveness and communication strength A structured, careful and conscientious procedure with high quality standards Good self-organization, reliable time management and fun to control tasks independently Joy of teamwork and a high customer orientation
