You lead an interdisciplinary team (PO, Dev, Architecture, QS) with professional, technical and disciplinary responsibility You are responsible for implementing the product and technology portfolio including technical directional decisions You control target conflicts sovereignly (customer requirements, capacities, strategy) and derive stressable priorities and decisions You take on the strategic personnel and budget planning and develop the skills of your team.
