Since our founding in 2016, we are now represented as an emergency supply service for beverages and food in almost all of Germany's metropolitan regions. Since 2020, the bottle mail is part of the Oetker Group.

To fulfill our mission, we are looking for a regional manager Logistics & Operations (m/w/d) for our locations in Duisburg, Aachen and Mönchengladbach. With us, you take responsibility for achieving operational goals and ensure the smooth running of the daily logistics processes. As a central interface between the camp sites and the headquarters, you ensure an efficient flow of information and implement strategic measures based on results.

As a managing regional manager, you conduct the locations entrusted to you and take responsibility for their success

You guide the logistics leaders both professionally and disciplinefully and meet personal-relevant decisions – from setting new staff to employee development

You analyze the process landscape using provided reporting tools and guide, based on the KPIs, measures and projects in close cooperation with the logistics managers and the headquarters

You are responsible for the development of the location and, in close cooperation with the headquarters, you are shaping the change management on site, for example when introducing new processes, systems and measures

You have completed training or studies in the field of logistics and/or economics and can demonstrate multi-year experience in the management and control of sites

You bring extensive leadership experience, ideally in the leadership of large teams and have a strong understanding of personnel decisions and their support and development

You have a well-founded knowledge of budget management, work security and labour law issues

With your excellent understanding of the process, you master lean management as well as the handling of KPIs and reporting tools to derive and implement measures to achieve goals

You are skillful in communication and have strong social competencies to work effectively with your locations and department at the headquarters

A high degree of self-responsibility, enforcement ability and flexibility allows you to act in a fast-paced environment

You actively develop the logistics processes on site and work closely with your teams. A service car is available to you, which you can also use for private purposes
