Creation and testing of initial invoices based on project-related services and contracts from the Maintenance & Service department Cooperation with the relevant project coordinators for the clarification of accounting matters Contact person for customers in case of invoicing queries and participation in the monitoring of open items in the dunnish Work and documentation for monthly and annual accounts Support of department management in the internal organisation of the department

Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman, businessman for office management, office businessman m/w/d) with experience in project accounting or business management Safe handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications for performance documentation Experience in the creation of service contracts and project-related services for initial invoices etc. Communication strength for the clarification of facts with project coordinators and customers Knowledge of the monitoring of open items and of the work for monthly and annual accounts
