Holistic management/control and implementation in the housing construction of existing development projects (focus on inventory/sanitation/modernization) and new building - along the AHO project stages. Perception of the building function with focus on

• Economic and strategic project management
• Risk management and decision-making
• Project reports and status analyses Own management of inventory measures
• Refurbishment, modernization, maintenance and new construction projects
• Support for the development of economic policies Control of all project participants (internal/external) across all project phases Date, cost and quality control with focus on
• Budget maintenance, prediction security and control of yields and risks
• Active Cost Controlling (Soll-Ist Comparison, Forecasts)

Studies in architecture, civil engineering, building and real estate management or comparable Multiannual experience in project management/control and implementation of construction projects Good knowledge of project management according to AHO and safe application of HOAI and VOB Good understanding of economic and commercial relations Competent and service-oriented occurrence paired with communication and organizational skills High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking and action
