Further development of integrated overall banking control (e.g. GuV, balance sheet, capital) Optimization of planning methods with a focus on balance-sheet impact relationships (e.g. business perspective, digitization) Creation of address-oriented reporting based on final, plan and control data and showing causal relationships (e.g. KPI control) Conducting analyses on the balance sheet and GuV structure and deriving control pulses (e.g. balance sheet structure)

Higher education in the field of economics, financial, accounting or accounting Multiannual professional experience in banking controlling, accounting, accounting, general banking control or comparable fields of activity Understanding Accounting (HGB/IFRS), Annual Financial Statements, Account Logics and Balance Sheets High IT affinity and safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel); Know-how in VBA, BI tools or AI-based analysis are advantageous Communication strength and good abstraction ability to understand complex balance-sheet and control-relevant issues Careful operation, initiative, implementation strength through solution-oriented action
