Strengthen the team of DEKRA Akademie GmbH in the area of Health & Social Affairs at Hallbergmoos / Airport Munich. The job is limited to two years.

You are responsible for setting up and expanding the school facility at DEKRA HealthCare Campus You are responsible for the design, planning and development of educational events in healthcare professionals. In addition to the implementation of teaching in health professionals, plan and evaluate these You take over the management of staff and the professional support of teachers and lecturers You develop teaching concepts and curricula and ensure compliance with high quality standards You organise audits and work closely with authorities and recognition bodies You cooperate with hospitals, care facilities, rescue services and other practical partners You are responsible for budget planning and the economic management of the school

Studies in the field of pedagogy, nursing education, medical education, health sciences, training in health care (care industry or rescue service) with corresponding professional experience or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in healthcare and ideally in senior position Experience in adult education/vocational school and course organization Knowledge of the legal framework in the field of health and education and experience in the rescue service/hospital Management competence, communication strength and organisational skills Intercultural competence and experience in dealing with international professionals Safe handling of digital teaching and management instruments M365 identifiers Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
