For construction measures in the area of logistics areas – with a focus on civil engineering, open spaces, transport and drainage systems – you always take over the project management and professional personnel management – based on our values and leadership principles. Your tasks in detail: You are responsible for the planning and project management of complex construction projects, including renovation measures and new buildings. Planning, procurement, implementation – You process the performance phases according to HOAI for transport and drainage systems on the logistics areas of our terminal customers. During the planning phase, you work closely with external engineering offices. In the course of the construction design, you will guide foreign companies to our construction sites – thereby ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and operational regulations (work security, accident prevention, environmental protection, etc.). Your particular focus is on the Federal Emission Protection Act (BImSch) as well as on the regulation on systems for handling water-prone substances in the sense of water protection – here you have the specialist management AwSV. Budget responsibility: You always have a look at the costs and dates for your construction projects.

Qualification: completed studies in civil engineering, further qualification for:the technician:in or comparable training with deepening in the fields of civil engineering, water engineering and water management etc. Professional experience: as civil engineering engineer:in, project manager:in, construction manager:in o.A. in the planning, tendering, construction design and construction monitoring of measures in sewer construction / civil engineering and in the area fastening Competence: ideally knowledge in the fields of settlement water management and water balance law (WHG) with regard to drainage systems IT: routined handling of MS Office and AVA software (preferably California) Communication: knowledge of German and good English Mobility: readiness to travel mainly between our German locations, occasionally within the framework of international projects; Driving licence class B required Softskills: a friendly and customer-oriented appearance, team spirit and an independent working method
